Welcome to Gati Relocation. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient moving experience for everyone.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- To ensure your preferred moving date is available, we suggest scheduling your relocation 2 to 4 weeks in advance.
- Your booking will be finalized only after the agreed advance payment or token has been made.
- Gati Relocation reserves the right to decline bookings if the requested date is already fully booked.
2. Responsibilities of the Customer
To help your relocation go smoothly, we suggest you:
- Declare High-Value Items: Let us know about any possessions valued above ₹20,000 so we can take extra care while handling them.
- Empty Furniture: Make sure wardrobes, drawers, and refrigerators are emptied before our moving team arrives.
- Secure Personal Valuables: Carry items like jewelry, cash, laptops, and important documents with you, as our team does not transport these belongings.
3. Items We Cannot Transport
- Highly flammable substances like fuel, gas cylinders, and kerosene
- Explosive or corrosive materials including batteries and chemicals
- Any illegal items or prohibited goods
- Perishable foods or live plants
4. Payment Options
- We accept payments through Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, and Credit/Debit Cards for your convenience.
- All dues must be fully settled before the delivery and unloading of your belongings at the destination.
