Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. If your moving schedule shifts or a different timing is needed, Gati Relocation ensures clear and fair handling of all cancellations and refund processes.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you decide to cancel your booking, please inform us promptly. Refunds are processed as follows:

  • More than 7 Days Before Move: Full refund of your paid booking token/advance.
  • 3 to 6 Days Before Move: Half of the paid token/advance will be refunded.
  • Within 48 Hours: No refund as labor and vehicle arrangements have already been made.

2. Cancellation by Us

On rare occasions where bookings cannot be fulfilled due to operational problems or safety concerns (e.g., extreme weather), we will provide a 100% refund of all amounts paid, regardless of timing.

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are completed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method, whether Bank Transfer, UPI, or Card.

4. Insurance Claims

Refunds from cancellations are separate from Transit Insurance claims. In case of damage to goods during transit, claims are handled according to the insurance terms provided when booking.
